Winemaking Details
The fruit for this wine was picked in March 2017. After crushing,the premium free-run juice was drained & cold settled. This was followed by cool fermentation, using a aromatic yeast, in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes
With only 200 cases produced this cool climate wine has enticing aromas of passionfruit, pineapple, guava and hints of grapefruit. The palate is tasty, lively, long and dry. It will compliment soft cheeses, seafood and Mexican dishes.
